a Purchasing Assistant on a work/studi
MISSIONS
Within the Purchasing/Logistics Department, your main tasks and activities will be as follows
- Assist the Purchasing Manager in various administrative tasks,
- Carry out the administrative tasks relating to the company's technical purchase requests (industrial products),
- Selecting suppliers capable of offering the best conditions in terms of price, quality and delivery times for the products or services defined by the Purchasing Manager,
- Participate in the elaboration of specifications and calls for tender, send consultations to suppliers and follow up on the files,
- Ensuring that the supplier file is updated and reliable,
- Contribute to optimising stock levels in conjunction with internal customers and the purchasing manager and propose the necessary restocking
- Follow up on orders in progress,
- Validate invoices that differ from the order form and/or the receipt form, request credit notes,
- Ensure the proper functioning of the purchasing circuit processes in collaboration with the accounting department,
PROFILE
Looking for an internship or a work-study programme, with a 2/3-year degree (BTS/BUT/Bachelor's degree in commerce), you ideally have a first successful experience as a purchasing assistant.
You are organised, rigorous and committed, you are able to work independently and you know how to act quickly.
A good level of professional English is required. You have a good command of the Office pack (especially Excel).
