Sopemea, a subsidiary of the Apave group, is a set of laboratories specialising in the qualification of equipment, systems and sub-systems for the high-tech industries: aeronautics, defence, automotive, nuclear, railways, etc. For over 70 years, we have been offering our customers a complete range of testing services for all types of materials and equipment in the mechanical, climatic, electrical, hydraulic and electromagnetic compatibility fields, as well as offering maintenance services for test facilities. Sopemea is an SME with a staff of 220 and has 6 entities in France and the UK.

For its Vélizy location, Sopemea is looking for
an electronic maintenance technician

MISSIONS : 
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, your main missions, both on the company's site and on those of external customers, will be as follows:

  • Curative and preventive maintenance of test equipment, especially vibratory ones. As the maintenance will be predominantly electronic, understanding electrical and electronic diagrams as well as the basics of electronics is required.
  • Carrying out measurements during maintenance and analysing the results with the drafting of a final report. Knowledge of measuring equipment is required (oscilloscope, etc.).

 

PROFILE :
You come from a predominantly electronic or electrical education background, you have a successful experience in maintenance and you master the processes of troubleshooting. A knowledge of mechanics would be a plus.
In addition to technical skills, interpersonal skills are required. This position involves a lot of customer work, so thoroughness, autonomy and organisation are required.
Given the specific nature of the job, a progressive training phase is envisaged.


Workplace: Reporting to the Vélizy site, travel in the Paris region and across France is an integral part of this position. A company car will be provided after the trial period.
