Goals

The objectives of the training Supervise and monitor your mechanical, climatic and EMC tests :

Upon completion of this training, participants will be able to oversee and monitor an environmental testing program by applying the fundamentals of testing, and provide a comprehensive and realistic overview of the constraints and requirements to be included in a test specification. They will be able to optimize technical coordination with testing laboratories.

The goal of this training is to:
• Recognize the physical parameters of mechanical, climatic, and EMC tests
• Identify the areas of application for testing standards
• Analyze a product specification
• Identify the key stages of a test program
• Develop a standard specification and monitoring indicators
• Plan the actions required to fulfill the role of project manager

Program

1/ Gain a better understanding of the different types of tests
Understand the objectives of all types of tests and the associated physical quantities
Realise the reality of each physical quantity through a test simulation using laboratory equipment


2/ Integrate the constraints of standards and test laboratories
Know how to extract test levels from standards, depending on the field of application (automotive, aeronautics, civil and military, etc.). etc.)
Integrate the test methodology and associated constraints into a project approach and into the laboratory request


3/ Write test specifications based on product specifications
Critically analyse product specifications. Include the important steps in the test programme. Conduct a case study. Manage the test process Organise test planning and coordination between the various parties involved Set up monitoring indicators tailored to the different types of tests
