Goals
formation-objectifs-seointro Fundamentals of structural dynamic analysis :
- Simulate a test by integrating the fundamentals of dynamic calculation
- Know how to modify and recalibrate the model based on test results
- Take into account the constraints and requirements of a test programme in a numerical simulation
The aim of this training course is to learn how to use:
- The concepts of vibration mechanics in a 1 DDL or n DDL system, as well as natural modes
- The finite element calculation method
- Modal recalibration
- The principle of shock simulation
- The principle of random excitation simulation

Face-to-FaceProgram
1/ Define the structure of a system with 1 or n DDLs
Characterise a system, identify types of excitation
Define transfer functions
Determine the natural modes of an n DDL system
Case study on the effects of mass, damping stiffness, and mode coupling
2/ Recalibrate the model based on a test
Objectives of modal recalibration
Description of the modal recalibration technique
Practical exercise in modal recalibration on an uncalibrated model
3/ Determine the dynamic response of a structure subjected to dynamic stresses
Define the data for performing a numerical calculation
Take into account dynamic excitation
Analyse the response
4/The simulation of a shock and random excitation
