What is the
CIR & CII?
CIR approval :
The Research Tax Credit (RTC) is a public aid that increases the competitiveness of companies by supporting their research and development efforts. It takes the form of a tax measure: a tax credit deductible from their income tax or corporation tax. It allows companies to be listed on the Ministry of Research website as companies whose services are eligible for the CIR. The company that benefits from the CIR research tax credit approval therefore offers a significant advantage to its clients by allowing them to recover, in the form of a tax credit (CIR), part of the services it invoices them. The listing of a company on the Ministry of Research website as an approved CIR (Research Tax Credit) organisation is also an argument of credibility with regard to clients and prospects.
CII approval :
Approval for the Innovation Tax Credit (CII) is a listing by the Ministry of Industry of companies whose services for the design and/or production of prototypes or pilot installations of new innovative products are eligible for the Innovation Tax Credit. These approvals demonstrate the innovative capabilities of the referenced company. Thus, work subcontracted to a service provider approved for the Innovation Tax Credit can be included in the basis of the client's Innovation Tax Credit expenditure. The service provider company thus offers its clients a substantial advantage by allowing them to deduct, through a tax credit, part of the services it invoices.
